My name is Suzette Foucault and I am the founder of Manitou Bistro. My mission statement is to bridge the gap of intergenerational trauma in our country and celebrate our strength as indigenous people to our nation through food.  We are all one  wanting peace in the world.   I believe this can happen through education and respect with one another. Segregation stops now.  We are all one Nation!
