MISSION STATEMENT
FOOD FOR ALL NATIONS
My name is Suzette Foucault and I am the founder of Manitou Bistro. My mission statement is to bridge the gap of intergenerational trauma in our country and celebrate our strength as indigenous people to our nation through food. We are all one wanting peace in the world. I believe this can happen through education and respect with one another. Segregation stops now. We are all one Nation!
My Story
My proud heritage of being indigenous and french was a rich life of delicious food and unconditional love. I cherish my memories of my childhood with my grandparents teaching me the simplicity of home cooked meals. In my heart I keep these memories and gift them to our next generations.
I have taken into consideration our dietary restriction and political view. Baamaapii and Miigwech.
